All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

We currently offer free standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–9 business days for all orders of our spiral-bound educational books and study guides.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

Customers may request order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

To request changes, please contact Support@theexamguide.com with your order number.

After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped, and modifications may no longer be possible.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. TheExamGuide is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will investigate the matter with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
