Order Processing Time
At The Exam Guide, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package throughout the delivery process.

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be charged the shipping fee for resending the package.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, The Exam Guide only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
