Shipping & returns

What are your processing times?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–9 business days for all spiral-bound educational books and study guides.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, courier issues, weather conditions, or peak periods

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped and changes may no longer be possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

What if my order is delayed?

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volume

What should I do if my order is lost or damaged?

If your order is lost, damaged, or not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours and include:

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective physical spiral-bound books within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

How do I request a return?

  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, but only in the following cases:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

For other situations, you may return the item and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.

Are there any restocking fees?


No. We do not charge any restocking fees.
