Return and Refund Policy
At Theexamguide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our spiral-bound educational books and study guides. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective physical spiral bound books within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- The return must be approved before the item is sent back
To request a return, please contact Support@Theexamguide.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs
- For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped spiral bound books.
For all other requests, customers may return the eligible item and place a new order.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned spiral bound book, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Your financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
No restocking fees are charged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Used or damaged items that do not meet the return requirements
