Exchange Policy

At The Exam Guide, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Exchanges

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item was received damaged or defective

  • The item you received is different from what you ordered

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition

  • Returned with original packaging and tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To begin an exchange, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Your order number

  • A description (and, if possible, photos) of the issue

  • Whether you’d like a replacement of the same item or an alternative

⚠️ Do not send items back without receiving return/exchange instructions from us first.

🚚 Exchange Shipping Information

  • If your exchange is approved due to a defect, damage, or shipping error, we will cover the cost of return and replacement shipping.

  • If the exchange is requested for other reasons (e.g., change of mind or wrong size ordered), you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

🔄 How Exchanges Are Processed

  • Once we receive and inspect the item you returned, we’ll ship your replacement item as quickly as possible.

  • If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll offer you a similar alternative or a full refund.

❗ Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or personal care items

  • Gift cards
